I won’t be running parkrun next week as I’ll be in Paris for the rugby (and they don’t have a parkrun, I’ve checked), but it was a battle this week up the hill into the wind, and the long run on Thursday probably didn’t help. I might come and run a freedom run on Friday so that I get my 4 runs in for Jantastic and still get to fight the hill.

I finished 85th out of 266, was 12th lady and 2nd in my age category again (as Marie is still out with her broken collarbone – ouch).
