Bristol half training – improvers – wk2d2

I was supposed to be doing Cuba Tone today, but the substitute teacher didn’t show, so I came back home for a run. Week 2 day 2 of the improvers training plan had a threshold session on it, so I did 30 minutes which included 3 lots of 5 minutes at threshold with 2 minutes recovery. It’s a very hot day so my threshold wasn’t that fast, but it was enough to get me a little bit stitchy. I had a rice cake when I got back and did my stretches, I’ll now have something a bit more substantial to eat before topping up my vitamin D in the garden and listen to the tennis.

Body Pump and a long run tomorrow.
