I woke up early so took my recovery run out to Ashton Court and before my Aerobics and core classes. A slightly different route to the one I normally take, but didn’t manage to avoid going up a steep hill at any point. I did find that I was a bit slower than usual at the start. I’m not sure if that was the early start, running before classes, or because I was listening to The Bugle podcast rather than music.
