Day 156/365

If I wasn’t participating in kx365 I don’t think I would have gone out for my run this morning. Last night’s race was really tough on my body, leaving me with a lot of tightness in both hips and most of my right leg (particularly the calf). The hips loosened off at around 4km, but my calf stayed tight the whole time, so I took it slowly and there will be lots of stretching through the day. One of my tougher daily runs.
