After completing 4 OU assignments in 8 weeks I am almost caught up with my studies again. I am therefore easing back into my full workout routine with a return to Cuba Tone for the first time since, oops, March (that can’t be right, can it?). The weather is still warm so it was crop top and shorts time (with a lightweight top for running home in) and it was good to see that I haven’t lost the upper body definition I had gained even though I haven’t been to Body Pump for a while. A tough class as always, but I felt some of the lower body exercises were a little easier (possibly related to the track work I have been doing). It remains to be seen how I recover from it.
