Another Body Pump Express class with slightly reduced weights on the leg tracks with this Sunday’s Bristol Half in mind. Lunges and shoulders this week, the lunges are still horribly, even though I only do them with bodyweight, but they have to be done.
A nice gentle run back along the railway path. Track tonight (though not sure what we are doing as I’ve stopped getting the emails. I did miss a delivery of some new very bright workout gear (the evenings are starting to get dark) while I was out, but I can pick it up after my 8 miler tomorrow.
