Day 259/365

I am back up to full weights on my Body Pump Express class, and am making a concerted effort to keep to an easy pace on my run back. Instead of just loping back I have decided to try and work on my form in these easy runs, specifically looking at speeding up my cadence (since the new watch measures this). I felt a bit of an idiot as to speed up my feet whilst staying at a slow pace meant taking teeny tiny steps, but hopefully it will do some good when I lengthen my stride out to its normal length.
