Day 315/365 – WISE runners

I knew that the first track session back would be hard, and just the warm up and drills tired me out. The session was supposed to be 6x800m with 400m recovery between each effort, but something twinged in rep 4 so I stopped after the fifth and did a solitary cool down.

I then went home via Lidl and bought multiple packs of honey and almond lebkuchen with dark chocolate (my person winterval crack).
