Day 320/365

I am going to try a Body Balance class at lunchtime, and usually I would run back from the gym for my 5km, but it’s a bit yoga-y so I am likely to be a bit chilled and not wanting to run. I took myself up my new favourite hill early instead. I didn’t think I was pushing, but managed the second fastest time, only a second off the (and my) record. Hopefully this means my legs are starting to adapt to my new routine, though I have a track session tonight to get through.
