I completed a full month of running yesterday, but no time to stop so it was off to Ashton Court again for a long run out into the wilds. A bit on the cold side, but the sun broke through the clouds and after a while it was off with the running jacket and gloves. Everything very quickly chilled down once we stopped though, but then there was tea to keep us warm.
