First milestone achieved – an entire week of running every day. Today’s run was back home from the gym (the long way round) after a Body Pump Express class. This is a weights-based class, so not as high intensity as the previous day, though the legs were a little wobbly when I first got started. I’m hoping that running after classes is going to stand me in good stead for longer races, increasing my stamina when I have already been working hard.
One week down, just another 51 to go.
