A proper recovery run, took it slow and steady and almost entirely flat after the workout my glutes and hips got yesterday in the last of the Bath skyline series. Just got the legs turning over and checking out how the body felt. Conclusion was surprisingly good. I think the extra stretching I did yesterday throughout the day after the race really helped. I’m going to try and keep that up. I am now down to just the one pair of running shoes that aren’t wet though.
