Back home and back to my usual schedule of running with a 30 minute recovery run out along the river and back. I was testing out my left calf to see how it would react after it gave me some trouble on Saturday and though there was a little bit of tightness it seems to be OK. It is just under 3 weeks to the Bristol 10k so I don’t need any injuries and will be doing all of my runs (except those that go off-road) in my race shoes. The Zombies, Run! app had a bit of a meltdown at the end playing the same song twice, so I finished it off on the walk back.
