I have completed the second day of week 1 of the couch to 5k program. It was both harder (since I was achey and wearing a think hoodie) and easier (because I knew what to expect and was running to Podrunner intervals which seemed to regulate my pace better).
I did manage to inhale/swallow a load of bugs, though. One of the perils of running in a park (well it’s a green area with some trees around the edge and football pitches in the middle, they call it a park).
So that’s 2 runs down, 25 to go (it’s a 9 week program with 3 sessions a week).
