Week two of the couch to 5k has been completed! The bug count was high again (I almost inhaled one through my nose, I wonder if I could run in a surgical face mask), and there was also a strongish head wind. 2 weeks down, 7 to go. Next week the recovery time goes down and the running goes up with two repetitions of 90 seconds on, 90 seconds off, 3 minutes on, 3 minutes off. Fewer actual runs, but longer doing it.
