11 days to go to the Bristol 10k – 10km training run

I was supposed to go for an easy 9km run today after my body pump class, but as has been established I can’t run at my slow “easy” pace outdoors. So I ran at a slower than flat out pace and when I realised I would be stopping next to slightly creepy looking guy on a quiet path next to a river if I stopped at 9km, I carried on to 10km (with extra uphill). Very pleased to come in under 55 minutes, and I got some practice in at drinking whilst running (though hand bottles are still annoying).
