An early start and out before the sun got too hot and with a bit of a breeze. A nice 9k loop through Rumburgh and back, again without headphones as it was all on road and I got passed by a number of vehicles including a school bus and a bin lorry. Nice and steady as I wasn’t sure how far the loop would actually be, so I took some water out with me too.
