Another hot day and I slipped just outside the 25 minute mark (but only just). I blame the long run of the previous day, though I thought I would slip just under.

I finished 88th out of 216, was 10th lady and 2nd in my age group. I wonder where everyone was this week, maybe they didn’t like the look of the hot weather.
