Birthday parkrun today which meant a slightly delayed start due to lots of announcements and prize givings, but my second best time on the hill (less than 10 seconds away from my pb). I even ran in a (tennis) skirt to mark the occasions, but was glad I had a spare pair of gloves in my jacket.

I was 102nd out of 239, 17th lady and 6th in my age group.
