The last parkrun of the year and it was back to the hill. Over a minute slower than running around the nice flat Chipping Sodbury course, but a minute faster than the previous week when I was wearing a reindeer onesie. Just outside the 24 minute mark, but there was a nasty headwind on the plateau. I’ll be back to the hill in the new year.

I finished 55th out of 229 parkrunners, was 8th lady and 1st in my age category. I’m still 2nd in the points table, but the gap to Jane is shrinking with each run as she’s a lot faster than me.
