It seemed to be ‘bring your kid to parkrun’ week, so I had to practice not minding the fact that I was beaten by mini-people. Westbury Harriers were also out in force so there were a lot of fast people (fast women in particular). Even though I managed a good solid run coming in just under 24 and a half minutes I was still down in the pack.

I finished 122nd out of 269, was 14th lady and 5th in my age group.
