Bristol half training – improvers – wk2d1

Today is down as a rest day or yoga/pilates, but I did yoga yesterday so opted for a 30 minute recovery run with 5 repeats of some continuous hills. I had a nurse appointment beforehand so got my BP as 130/77 and weight as 64kg. I also decided to continue breaking in my trail shoes as I was going to be running on grass. I worked on good form, including nose breathing in a 3/3 rhythm.

I had a rice cake as soon as I got in, along with some squash, then did 15 minutes of stretching before my shower.
