Last week was a taper week, so apart from the 10k on Saturday I only did cross-training. Today it’s back to running as well as cross-training and I went with the Tuesday activity and did a recovery run with some hill work at the end. It was nice to be back on a flat course after the hills of Blaise Castle (running across a slope interferes with your rhythm something chronic I found).
