Bristol half training – improvers – wk8d1

Following on from the run bristol training session on Saturday I really tried to slow down my recovery run (conducted after an aerobics and a core class). A bit like when you use weights that are too light, I found that my form suffered a bit, but hopefully with practise it will improve and I’ll be able to carry this slower pace into my long runs and so train my body to use the appropriate energy systems.
