It’s EJC next week so I am switching weeks 9 and 10 on the training plan around as week 9 was scheduled as an easy week and that will fit me much better when I’m in France. So it was an hour of aerobics, half an hour of core work, 5 minutes of chat, then 45 minutes of easy running along the railway path. Still hot.
