Bristolhalf – improvers – wk12d5

My first run for almost a week as I overdid it slightly Gromit hunting for four hours on Tuesday and I am taking it easy this week mostly cross-training as I have an off-road 10km race around Cheddar Gorge on Sunday (and it looks nasty).

A gentleish 5km round the park with some added hills to get my legs moving. Volunteering at Parkrun tomorrow.
