Bristolhalf – improvers – wk13d3

I normally do my long runs on Wednesdays after my Body Pump class, but I’m still recovering from the Cheddar Gorge 10k so this week I’m bumping it to Friday. So just a gentle 40 minutes today along the flat, smooth railway path to give the muscles a bit of a run out. Glutes still a bit grumbly, but I’m sure they’ll fall into line soon.
