I saw an amusing thing in Homebase as I was meandering aimlessly amongst the grow-your-own section. Next to the gooseberry plants and peppers were blackberry plants. Otherwise known as brambles.

I’ve spent a lot of time removing brambles from my gardens, I’m not about to pay to put them in.
