It was back to the Ashton Court long run today, with Bevan leading us out. We were all a little worried that we hadn’t put on enough layers when we started as the wind was cold, but we soon warmed up and were into the trees out of the wind. The sun even came out. It was good to get a long run in after being away and then being ill.
