The weather is starting to get to the stage where I am tempted to jump into the river for a swim when I am running past it, and I went out later to try and avoid the worst of the traffic. No other runners out on the route today, and only the one dog. Alas I don’t get to enjoy it as after a spot of cat first aid up on my return I will be spending the remainder of the day indoors working on an OU assignment due tomorrow.
