Day 187/365

Official day 1 of marathon training (there is a box to tick off on the plan and everything) and my first day of working in miles rather than km. This is where running the same route a lot of the time really pays off, as even though I know that 5km is 3.1 miles I could be confident that when I stopped I had covered the 5km required for my 365 challenge. I was supposed to be running at 9:27 mile pace and ended up averaging 9:30 which is close enough.
