Day 189/365 – WISE runners

We took to the grass this evening at WISE with a diminishing recovery pyramid session. The efforts were 1 minute, 2 minutes, 2 minutes, 3 minutes; then 3 minutes, 2 minutes, 2 minutes, 1 minute with the recover time between each effort reducing. Strangely I travelled further in the second block than the first, I guess I was warmed up properly by then.
