It feels like ages since I have been to a proper training session, and that is because it has been. It was good to get out there again and do efforts, this time it was 12 sets of 250m with 250m recovery between each. I was last of the group each time, but was consistent with my times and was happy with that. The coach there, Chris Elson, has asked to be put as my lead coach on powerof10 and is going to be paying more attention to the races I do. He’s also suggested that I do the Whitehall session on Mondays as well as the Wednesday ones at WISE, which I was planning on doing anyway.
