Up before the sun and out along the railway path to the mouth of the Staple Hill tunnel and back. Wore my Bristol+Bath marathon t-shirt as it is bright yellow, to help me be seen by the scores of cyclists who commute along this route (which is why I normally wait until after peak commuting time to use it). I was stopped at one point to give someone directions, which is a new one on me.
