This is the worst part of running a marathon, recovering afterwards. I feel OK, but I know that I should take it easy for a couple of weeks, so no other classes, no track sessions, just minimum distance. It is halving my previously weekly mileage, so I am ending up pushing probably too hard, but it’s an adjustment I will have to make. For some reason my heart rate data didn’t get recorded, though my watch said the monitor was connected.
