The third time I have run the Weston Prom, and the third different course. This one was over the same route as race 2, but the start and finish points had been moved to accommodate some additions to the prom. I was taking it super easy for race 2, so can only really compare my time to the first race (which had more turns). Tonight I managed 34:38 by my watch, compared to 34.49 for race 1. There’s consistency for you (though I only burned 379 calories compared to 441, does that mean I am getting fitter?). Took my Leaf out to Weston and back, no worries about range even though I had both the lights and heating on.
