My first time out with the WISE runners, doing a track session at the Kip Keino stadium. We did 1km, then a 300m recovery jog, followed by 500m with a 200m recovery, then another 1km and another 500m. It will be interesting to see how I feel tomorrow after the Body Pump Express class and 5km run home with this on top.
