Awake at stupid-o’clock again this morning (04:30), so got out and did my Jantastic distance for the week nice and early so I could be home and showered by 08:00 (virgin media engineer is scheduled for between 08:00 and 12:00 to diagnose my V+ box’s disappearing channels). I will probably suffer for the lack of sleep come the club run this evening.
