A nice gentle 8km along the river in the sunshine. I had hoped to test out my new sealskinz waterproof socks but the puddles had all dried up since last week, though the vegetation along the path had shot up some more and I may have to switch to the railway path if I don’t want to be running in full length arms and legs in the summer.
