Moaning about mohair

Yes, mohair is lovely and light and soft and pretty, but laceweight mohair can be a right pain to tink. Now when I say tink, I do of course mean completely undo the too-tight picot bind off on an Ice Queen (which is still too tight). You can’t see where it’s going, where it’s been, and it sticks to itself like velcro.

The wool I’ve started the Rose Heart shawl, on the other hand, has coped with having the first thirteen rows frogged twice without a problem. Knitting up quickly so long as I keep a close eye on everything.
