I was up until 04:00 planning and researching my next home improvement project (some built in shelves to maximise wall space and get stuff off the floor for when the carpet needs replacing), then the cat woke me up again early so I decided to turn off the zombie chase mode and head out for a run in my new shoes. I must have accidentally pressed both volume buttons when trying to up the volume when I started as I ended up with an annoying echo. When I stopped to pause the mission and try and fix it the delay only got longer and more annoying. Eventually I had to stop the mission entirely and restart it to get things back to normal, so this mission was in two parts. My new shoes and inserts were incredibly comfortable.
