Quartermaster

I was marshalling at Killerton yesterday, so was inspired by those slogging up the slopes on a hot sunny day, to get out and do my recovery run in preparation for the 10k on Sunday. My app was playing up a bit so it ended up being in two parts and 50% longer than it was supposed to be, but it all felt good. I am considering taking a bicycle bell out with me to warn people when I am approaching. Pedestrians are normally good about noticing, but I had to take evasive action around some other runners who had come to the end of their run today.
