Oops, didn’t turn my GPS when I thought I had having hit my 8km target (at a steady pace), so ignore that last km from the Garmin. Zombies, Run! has the mostly correct figures (it takes a little while after starting the mission to get my phone squirrelled away). Spring was very much in evidence along by the river with a definite green haze in the trees.
