I had originally decided to cancel my regular Monday recovery run but I perked up after some breakfast and headed out into the sunshine along the river Avon. I was glad in the end to have made it out (though my hips may be complaining after the workout they got at pilates and yoga yesterday, wanting a day off today) and made it to the last audio track of the app before it crashed. I listened to it walking back home after turning the Garmin off. It’s going to be an interrupted week of half marathon training again this week with an second attempt at getting the microwave repaired and a 10k race on Saturday, but I should be back on track for the Bristol half soon.
In other news they have recorded a few more people ahead of me at the 10k on Saturday and I’m now officially 14th.
