Wednesday is multi-sport day with a Body Pump Express class at lunchtime, followed by some speed work on the treadmil, then dynamic yoga in the evening. I managed some decent speed work today with 5 minutes at 6mph, then a minute at 8mph, rinse and repeat for a total of 5 fast bursts. I worked through Zombie run mission The Kids Are Alright and will be looking to up the length of the faster section and reduce the recovery time the closer I get to the Bath Half. I even managed to get my forehead properly to me knees in yoga. Long run time tomorrow.
