I dragged heavy, tired legs out for my long run today. They almost woke up after about half an hour, but never really co-operated. Neither did my Zombies, Run! app, still freezing out on me every 10 minutes on the hour setting, though it worked fine on the 30 minute setting. I had even tried turning off 3g in case that was interfering with anything.
Last long run before the Bath Half, a shame it wasn’t a more positive one, but I will be better rested come race day and I know that I can get round the distance on the day even if I end up going slower than I hope. I’m sure the race day buzz will give me extra anyway. 3rd Jantastic run for the week and I did beat my 15km target.
