W2D1 – c25k

A new week and now the repetitions are 90 seconds on, 2 minutes off (I thought I was recovering pretty well). Remembered to have a breakfast bar and glug of water before starting and didn’t think it went too badly (though I suspect my pace was slower than week 1) considering I’d only had 6 hours sleep and it was all hot and sunny.

Followed up with an hour and twenty minutes of cigar boxes, so it’s a good day that tomorrow is a rest day.
